2-2-1 PERSONAL TRAINING AT FOSSE FITNESS
Alongside 1-2-1 personal training I can also offer 2-2-1 personal training, which means you and a friend, partner or relative can train alongside each other. This personal training session last one hour while you and your training partner are guided through every aspect of your personal training. Even if you both have different goals, from weight loss to gaining muscle mass the training will be tailored to suit you needs.
